How To Place An Order
Browse through our website to find the item(s) you want to buy. Then click on the

button at the bottom of any of the pages of the site.
The order form will open in a new window so that you can continue to shop and add items to the order form.
When you have finished shopping, re-check your order form to be sure that you have filled in ALL the appropriate boxes, including email address, phone number, colors and lettering for each item. PLEASE NOTE: Orders submitted WITHOUT an email address will NOT be processed. See
Privacy Policy below.
Once we have reviewed your order and you have submitted any required artwork to us, we will contact you with a price quote.
Upon your acceptance of the quote, and prior to any work being done, payment in full is expected. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal and we will issue a PayPal invoice to you upon your approval of pricing. You do not have to create a PayPal account to make a one-time payment using a credit or debit card. We have used PayPal for
all our businesses for over 12 years and have found it to be a safe and secure method for online commerce.
If you are adamant about not using PayPal, we will also accept money orders or checks. Please note that payment with a personal or business check will delay the completion of your order, as we will not begin production until the check has been cleared by our bank.
Sample Program - Get 50% Off Samples
We are fanatical about the quality of our products and we always want to exceed our customer's expectations. Need to be convinced about the quality of one of our products? Need to show a committee some alternative styles? Now you can take 50% off when you order BLANK samples.
Select any item and specify color and size. It is not necessary to select personalization options as products are shipped blank and offer does not apply to embroidered or printed items.
Quantity Discounts
We do not have a minimum order requirement. However, we can offer the following discounts on larger quanitities and you can mix and match items and sizes to get the discount. The only requirement is that all items have the same embroidered design used on them.

Artwork Production & Submission
Please do NOT create your art in a word processing program! Such a design usually winds up having to be recreated almost from scratch in the correct program. It is unfortunate when someone spends a lot of time and effort creating a design, only to find out after it's finished that the design can not be used because it was created in the wrong program. A program like Microsoft Word comes with a good selection of clip art, and allows you to create graphics, shapes and text effects in many colors, but it is difficult (and often times impossible) to print color separations from word processing programs so you wind up with a design that looks great on your monitor, or prints out nicely on your ink jet printer, but is unusable as art for embroidery.
Artwork can be designed in almost any graphics program such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Paint Shop Pro, Corel, Quark, etc. If at all possible, please submit designs in PDF format. This format allows us to produce a sharper, true color graphic for digitizing.
Also, please don't change the format or size of your design just to make it easier to email to us.
Digitizing Fees
Digitizing costs are normally charged by the number of stitches in the design. Most digitizers charge $10 to $20 per 1000 stitches. This does not include any art charges to modify or create the design to be digitized. The price can be estimated at the time the artwork is submitted to us.
Most of the time, we will not charge a digitizing fee if you are purchasing from us the items that are to be embroidered....i.e. shirts, towels, etc. Fees can only be determined once we have your artwork in hand and can determine the time that will be required to digitize the design.
If you are supplying the items to be embroidered,
we will charge a digitizing fee, at a cost of $14 for up to 5,000 stitches in your design PLUS $1 per each additional 1,000 stitches.
Embroidery on Items Provided by You
We are happy to embroider most items that customers send to us. There are some limitations to the kinds of items we can embroider so this is done on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items, so don't send anything extremely valuable or irreplaceable! For multiple orders, please supply the industry standard 3% more items to allow for any errors in stitching (i.e. If you want 100 shirts embroidered, send 103 to us). Refunds/Returns on customer-supplied items is NOT available.
Trademark Usage
Kaleidoscope Embroidery and The Michaels Group respect intellectual property and we ask our clients to do the same. We do not reproduce copyrighted material and can not accept any liability for copyright infringement for agreeing to reproduce a customer's order. If you wish to have us reproduce a national brand logo or trademark we do require written proof that that you have permission to use that logo or trademark.
We will NOT decorate any of our apparel products with licensed college or professional team sports logos such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, etc. These require special licensing agreements with the colleges and sports leagues.
Upon acceptance of a quote and placement of an order, the customer warrants to Kaleidoscope Embroidery & The Michaels Group that all customer submitted copy or other materials utilized in the production of orders by us are copy righted, trademarked or licensed to Customer for use, reproduction or resale and that any use of the products manufactured or sold by Kaleidoscope Embroidery to Customer are in compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, service mark, or other similar protections. The Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kaleidoscope Embroidery & The Michaels Group, from any liability, cost, expenses, and attorney's fees or otherwise which may result from Kaleidoscope Embroidery's usage of customer submitted copy, sample or artwork.
Shipping Information
We ship our items via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground or FEDEX ground. We only ship within the United States. We strive to have all orders completed within a timely manner. Our shipping charges are based upon number of items purchased. Prices include folding, packaging and insurance. We are not responsible for shipping delays or shipping related damages. We also offer free delivery within the New Braunfels/San Marcos, Texas and surrounding areas on all orders 50 items or more.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
Any items that are defective will be accepted for returns. Since all items are custom made, this is the only exception. All items are inspected twice before shipment to ensure there are no flaws in the garments.
We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. For custom orders, please make sure all personalization is correct and without errors. Once a quote has been accepted and payment made, we are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or words. We are sorry but once an order has been personalized, it can only be returned for our errors or defects in workmanship. We will immediately repair your item(s) and make it right. All we ask is that you notify us at 830-214-0827 before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
A 15% Restocking Charge will apply to all cancelled orders not yet personalized or returned samples. Contact us at 830-214-0827 for return authorization.

Kaleidoscope Embroidery and The Michaels Group will not share, sell, rent, or distribute ANY information about our clients. We do not sell our email addresses to others. Our customers and prospects may receive occasional e-mails to announce new products, features and technical updates. If you prefer to have your name withheld, simply contact us and let us know and we will remove your address from our emailings.
